I am passionate about creating workplaces that work for everyone. But what can organisations do to build gender-intelligent cultures in which men & women can flourish and progress?
I offer a variety of interventions at organisational, team and individual level to drive culture change and build an inclusive culture. This can include assessing the organisation’s current level of diversity & inclusion, educating about unconscious bias, or building psychological safety so that everyone feels included and able to contribute. I also offer specific leadership training for women to build confidence, explore their strengths and professional brand, and develop meaning and purpose.
