All About You

When did you last spend real quality time thinking about you? I firmly believe we all know ourselves what is best for us, and that at some level we carry the answers to our questions inside us. How many times have you received well-meaning advice from friends or family, colleagues or managers that just doesn’t resonate with you? For many reasons, what seems the obvious answer to a problem to someone else is often not the right solution for you.

A safe place to reflect. My role as a coach is to provide you with a safe, respectful and non-judgmental environment in which you can explore any topic that is important to you. When you find yourself going around in circles, coaching can help you get back on a path that feels good to you. And sometimes it can be as simple as discovering that, yes, you are on the right path already!

Solutions that work for you. Using guiding questions and supporting techniques, I will help you verbalise what questions you want to address, help you become aware of what is important and meaningful to you, and support you in finding solutions and answers that work for YOU.

Activate your untapped potential. I believe in recognising and activating your inner strengths and resources, and exploring how these can take you to the next level, in your work life or personal life. We all have untapped potential – and at times we don’t see the wood for the trees!
